THE SETTING
This really is a unique and one of a kind villa. With its 10 metre infinity pool central to the entire villa, you will be amazed by the waterfall feature flowing down from the second floor balcony directly into the pool. This feature along with the oversized pillows gives you the ultimate relaxation whilst floating in the pool and sunbathing at the same time. The swinging hammock bed situated at the end of the pool is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy views of both the ocean and villa.
The villa really comes alive in the evening after the sun has gone down. With LED lighting all around it really does give a surreal experience when staying here. This setting that this villa offers will truly give you an unforgettable experience when visiting Koh Samui.
BEDROOMS
With 4 large double bedrooms available, and 2 king sized beds in the master suite upstairs, this villa can comfortably cater for 10 people. 3 king-sized bedrooms are situated on the ground floor surrounding the infinity pool, with the master suite upstairs overlooking the outdoor areas, with its own private balcony. Each bedroom features its own air conditioning and ceiling fan.
There are 3 bathrooms available with rain shower, WC and wash basin. You will be amazed by the master ensuite which features a double jacuzzi bathtub with views overlooking the ocean - an amazing place to relax and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.
LIVING INDOOR AND OUTDOOR AREAS
With numerous living and seating areas throughout this villa, you will certainly enjoy every moment spent relaxing at the property. Complete with an indoor cinema seating area and large 65 inch Smart Flat Screen TV with surround sound speakers, relax in front of a movie, or use the large outdoor seating area with stunning views of both the jungle and ocean.
To top off the living areas, this villa also comes equipped with a home gym. For those wanting to get some exercise whilst away from home then use either the treadmill or multi-gym weights. Again situated on the terrace overlooking the ocean this really is an unforgettable setting to work out.
DINING AND KITCHEN
The Western style kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essential amenities you will need during your stay - a large fridge-freezer, 4 burner hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and full cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen and dining area can easily cater for large groups of people. As well as this we like to keep the kitchen fully stocked with the essentials to make your stay as convenient as comfortable as possible. You will find water, beer, wine, fruit, tea/coffee, milk, bread, butter and other condiments fully prepared for you on your arrival.
Both indoor and outdoor furniture are of the highest quality for maximum comfort throughout.

We are the proud owners of both a nearby restaurant and traditional Thai massage shop. As part of our villa management service we offer discounted food prices to all our guests, including a free delivery service if you prefer to dine in the villa.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Set in a very quiet neighbourhood, this property is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas allowing full enjoyment of the tranquility and peaceful atmosphere this setting brings, but close enough to all essential amenities which you can reach within a few minutes.
The beach is only a few minutes away, with the Lamai viewpoint also in very close proximity. Temples, markets, waterfalls and supermarkets are all also very accessible when staying here, with the main town of Lamai about 2.5km. Here you will find restaurants, bars, markets, boutique shopping and nightlife entertainment. The locations of this villa makes all your holiday needs very convenient.
